About Felkins Aviation Felkins Aviation has provided services to general aviation since 1980, offering pilot training and maintenance services.
We introduced mobile service of Dynamic Propeller Balancing in 1988, and was the first to gain full FAA approval for most propeller aircraft.
In 2000, we added the capability of aircraft weighing, with certified platform scales of 30,000 pounds capacity, and 75,000 pound capacity with jack-point load cells.
We continue to offer all maintenance and pilot services. We specialize in pre-purchase surveys of Beech, Cessna, Piper and other aircraft brands anywhere in the United States and the Caribbean. Our experienced pilots can ferry aircraft and provide transition training to new owners as needed.
Located in Tulsa, Oklahoma, Felkins Aviation is owned and operated by Kent Felkins. Kent has been in the the aircraft business since fulfilling his military service in the U.S. Army.
